SCC DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR, ALL-SCC, registered 73 stops with 22 of them being solo tackles. 16 tackles for a loss. Led Union Co. with 11 sacks. Was named UCHSF Player of the Week for Week 14 after putting up 6 tackles and 3 sacks in a playoff win over Lake Norman. A season high 11 stops and forced a fumble that resulted in a TD vs. Grimsley. had 10.5 stops in playoff win over Independence. Had 7.5 tackles in win over Piedmont. Had 6 tackles along with 2 sacks and caught a TD on offense in win over Marvin Ridge. Helped lead Weddington to a 12-2 record, a SCC title and into the FINAL-4 of the state playoffs. Committed to South Carolina to continue his football & academic career.
