Parkwood Wolf Pack

Parkwood (3-8, 2-3)

The Wolf Pack under 3rd year Head coach Sam Mobley will look to improve from last year’s 3 wins. The Wolf Pack will have to look for a new QB with the graduation of Emmett Evans. Smith Barlow saw limited action in 3 games last season, and it is his job to lose in 2025. Last season’s leading rusher Knowshaun Taylor (440 yds & 5 TDs) transferred to rival Monroe in the off season. Junior Amari Lyttle will be needed to carry more of the rushing load after a rushing for 200 yards on the ground and 3 TDs last season. The four top receivers for the Wolf Pack returning in 2025 will be led by Micah Davis (538 yds and 3 TDs). Davis, along with Nisiah Smith (459 yds 4 TDs) and Anwar Bit (297 yds & 2 TDs) will be keys for the Wolf Pack offense for whoever is at QB.

The Wolf Pack defense future is bright with their top 6 of 8 tacklers returning for 2025. Sophomores Blake Hopkins and Grady Harrigill will be the anchors. Hopkins had 50 tackles, Harrigill had 51 tackles, and senior Ben Dyer had 50 stops as well in 2024. Senior Van Helms led the Wolf Pack with 5 sacks will return to his defensive end position. The Wolf Pack kicking game is up for grabs with the graduation of kicker Gage Hamblin. The Wolf Pack opens the 2024 season Aug 22nd hosting Piedmont.
