The Union Academy Cardinals, who had one of the best season in school history reaching the 2nd round of the state playoffs after going 8-5 landed seven Cardinals on the All-Southern Piemdont conference team. QB Hayden Gosnell along with WR Derek Young, OL Pfifer Griffin & Chirs Adkins. Defensivly the Cardinals were represented by LB Jeremy Miller and S Carson Malone. Gosnell completed 58% of his passes for 1869 yard and 15 TDs. Derek Young, a sophomore wide receiver had 40 receptions for 772 yards and 7 TDs along with 4 interceptions on defense. Jeremy Miller led the Cards in tackles with 190 and 5 sacks. Carson Morgan had 175 stops and added 1 interception. Congrats boys!!
